Staff Sales Site: 

One of the benefits and privileges of working at Electrolux is to purchase the full range of finished goods and a core range of accessories for Major Appliances and Small Appliances at a discount to retail prices. Below are the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Act policy that govern how we transact a Staff Sale in Electrolux.

1. Staff prices include GST.

2. Delivery charges are shown in the ordering process and will be shown on the Tax Invoice.

• 2.1 Delivery is charged once.

• 2.2 Small Appliances are only delivered to Electrolux site locations as noted on the order form as they are distributed by a third-party logistics company. Major Appliances cannot be delivered to Electrolux site locations, all deliveries are to be made to residential locations.

3. Staff pricing is subject to the Company policy on staff sales, details of which are as follows:

• 3.1 Electrolux offers its staff the privilege of purchasing its Appliances at a discount to normal retail prices when purchased through the Company. The Company reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from any employee whom it, in its absolute discretion, considers abuses it.

• 3.2 The Staff Price list is updated periodically and at the discretion of the Company's Executive Team (Managing Director and direct reports to the Managing Director). Prices on the Portal and published on Egate are the agreed prices at the time of order, If the price in the Portal or on Egate is incorrect then management will contact the employee advising the impact of error and provide the employee with the option to either continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

• 3.3 The price list information contained on the Portal or that is published in Egate is not to be printed, copied, distributed and must not be disclosed to any party other than those entitled to avail themselves of the Staff Prices under these terms and conditions.

• 3.4 Appliances, accessories and spare parts at staff price are available to Electrolux staff, associates and their relatives.

• 3.5 Staff Prices and Appliances purchased for Staff Prices must not be used for commercial gain, including by way of resale by Electrolux employees, associates or relatives. Any abuse of the ability to purchase Appliances at Staff Prices, including but not limited to purchases for commercial gain will result in disciplinary action and possible termination of employment.

4. Choose carefully as there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Nothing in these terms and conditions is or is intended to replace or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Accepted payment methods are Visa or Mastercard only.

6. Accessories and Spare Parts are to be purchased via the Staff Accessories and Spares Parts site. These orders are to be purchased separately to any Major Appliance orders.
